General Business Conditions (AGB)
The AGB often represent an attempt to limit the rights of the client. We would not like that.We would like content customers, therefore we adhere simple to valid right.
After valid right we are obligated to inform you about your right of revocation and to let confirm us these information from you.
§1 Offer and conclusion of a contract
The offer in this shop is not-binding, that means, the sales contract comes off only with supply of the commodity.
§2 Right of Revocation
2.1 The order only becomes effective, if it isn’t revoked within 2 weeks upon receipt of the product delivery.The period begins with receipt of the product (goods delivery)
2.2 For the adherence to the period of revocation the punctual sending off of the revocation to The Mysteries Of Glastonbury, Kneippstraße 12, 90491 Nürnberg, Germany, is sufficient. The revocation can take place within this period also via return of the goods delivery to this adress. For the period keeping the punctual sending off of the commodity is sufficient.
2.3 In the case of the revocation we are obligated to refund on the goods delivery already performed payments. In the case of the revocation you are obligated to send the received goods back.
2.4 The orderer is obligated to the payment of damages, if a degradation, which fall or the impossibility of the publication of the goods delivery occurred, and if these circumstances from the orderer are to be represented to, i.e. in the case of resolution or negligence.
2.5 The recalling right does not exist with contracts for the supply of goods, which were customized made.
2.6 Please send us back the goods in their new condition, original packing and under attaching the copy invoice. We would like to point out that if necessary, we will retain a developed depreciation resulted from the putting into use of the thing.
The customer takes over the postage costs of the return of goods.
Data Storage
In accordance with § 28 of the Federal Law for Data Protection (BDGS) we would like to point out that in the context of a business transaction the necessary data by means of an EDP system are processed and saved according to § 33 (BDGS).
Personal data are naturally confidentially treated and passed on not on third.
